Look at all those power lines around there! Appears he made the best of a bad situation.
built a few RVs, rebuilt a few more, hot rodded more, & maintained/updated a big bunch more

I saw the surroundings and immediately thought thatís a training facility Iíve flown over a ton then realized it was Delray Beach. Looks like he walked away 🤟

Oh that would make a grown man weep!-( I hope it wasn’t fuel exhaustion, that would haunt a man forever!

I hope they were wrong about the fuel because if so, that stigma will be with him for the rest of his life.

never trust your fuel gauges. calculate the fuel burn by time in the air and always land with 1 hr remaining. if I remember correctly, this is taught in basic pilot training course 101.
