WTB: Nice RV-7 (personal, I'm not a dealer/broker)

Looking to buy a nice, clean, well appointed RV7 (would consider RV-7A)

Been watching the listing sites for awhile now and haven't seen anything that fits the bill. Thinking maybe someone out there is only ½ considering selling and has a nice plane they'd be willing to part with for a fair price.


Ideal plane would have an IO-360, G3X and Garmin AP. GPS would be a bonus, but certainly not a deal breaker.
As I'm currently replacing the engine in my Bonanza, I'm not looking for a plane that's on it's last leg with the engine.
