Aero 300 A30 Fuel Cap & T406B flange compatibility

Hi All, can anyone advise whether this fuel cap on Aircraft Spruce (part number -05-22934 AERO 300 - A30 LOCKING AND NON-LOCKING FUEL CAP) has the same flange as T-406B (on Vans Aircraft website). Is this the old deluxe fuel cap that Vans sold in the past? I'm needing to order 4 of them (if anyone is selling). Thanks

UPDATE - they are not compatible.
