USB Panel Mounting Question

Is there a USB panel mount receptacle that I can mount in a sub-panel (like in the back of a computer) versus have to run an extension cable?
 
USB

Grand Rapids supplies one for their EFIS. I think it's about 18 in. long. Hardly takes up any panel real estate.

I actually have a GRT dual sport and I am re-doing my panel and thought it would make it much easier to update from the front vs. the rear
