Converting RV4 to an 0360 Cost/down-time/complexity?

Hi All,

I wanted to get an idea of complexity to convert from a o320 to o360?

I have a 360 sitting around which would make a great donor but I dont want to jump into this if it going to require a ton of work to make the cowl fit. The basic mechanics shouldnt be an issue for my skill level but i HATE fiberglass work.

Take both engine turn one into a 0340. Sell the other crank to help fund the project.
No FG work at all!
 
Send the cylinders to Lycon for port/polish and higher compression piston job and spend the rest on a c/s prop if you can.

That makes sense. I need to figure out how much lycoming charges for port/polish. Does anyone have a rough idea?
