Anyone in Chicago area with RV-14?

I’m a new builder and student pilot. I took over a kit with partially completed tail. I have the wing kit and just got the fuselage kit. I expressed concern if be ready to fly my 14 in 2-3 years (hopefully) and another owner suggested I look for a 14 near me to fly along with. I fly out of KUGN (Waukegan, IL) but KPWK (Chicago Executive) is closest to me. I’ve seen an RV-12 at KUGN but not a 14. Anyone have one close? I’m willing to split expenses of course. Thanks.
