Sealing a hangar door

I have a 3 section old wood roller door that I need to seal the large gaps when the hangar door is closed. I was looking into using some EPDM rubber to do this. Does anyone have a better idea?

I was going to use 1/8 inch thick and attach it to the sides and bottom to cover the gaps.
Here is a Link to EPDM rubber roll I was looking to get.

I have a four-section roller/track hangar door. I used a roll of conveyor belting material given to me and made flaps out of that material to seal the gaps which I nailed to the door with roofing nails. Works perfect and looks great.

Anyone know of any similar rubber that won't get eaten by pack rats?

My Horton Door came with similar 4 inch wide strips of EDPM rubber as a lower door seal.

I used EDPM over lengths of foam pipe insulation. Now 6 years old and holding up well. Our high altitude Colorado rats don't seem to be interested in eating it.
