Aileron Balancing?

I dont see anything in the construction manual if I should balance the ailerions. I have balanced the elevators.
Is this reguired? Looks like I would have to add about 1 pound of lead inside each galvanized pipe in the leading edge to get them to balance.

I don't know which model you're building, but on the 6, it was the opposite aileron balance's out the other. At least I'm 99.9% sure, as it's been a number years since dealing with the issue.

When you hook it all together, they balance, so you don't have to do each aileron,
