Looking for recommendations for a CNC routing service

I'd like to have some RV parts CNC'ed using CAD files I provide. Can anyone recommend a shop that can be competitive with one-off jobs?

Thanks,

Dean,

Not sure if you're still in Mass, if you are (or even if you aren't) try Joe Edmunds at Coastal Milling Works in Medford MA - http://www.coastalmillingworks.com.

I'm sure Joe would be happy to help. He does a lot of low-volume work for projects at MIT and other places in Boston. He also did a few one-offs for my RV project and is a great guy to work with. Tell him I sent you!

Is the cheapest I have found for waterjet or laser

For smaller stuff, I could even help you out. I have a CNC mill, but working area isn't huge, about 5.75" x 15"

Cosmetic or structural?

There are many people who can do what you are asking, however, the difference between cosmetic bling and structural components can make a huge difference on the job and liability. I am very involved in the process at my day job, and it can become sensitive. Cosmetic and cool stuff should be easy..the other, not so much.

Hi All,

Thanks for the great leads. I will check them out.

Dave - I'm in the 'burbs west of Boston so a Medford lead is great. Thanks,
