Default Flap Motor
OK,

We are are now having to strip and clean our flap motor every 4 months or so.

Always the same - stops - strip it, grease on the commutator. Clean it up and it's fine for a while.

Anyone having similar problems ?

Any fixes or have we just got a shonky motor ?

A number of problems wlth the flap motor. Search the forum and you will find some treads on the subject.

Thumbs up Order a new motor
I went through this. I ordered a new motor, not the whole actuator, just the motor, it came with grease on it. I took it apart and cleaned it good. Installed it and have not had any more problems. Did this this a few yrs ago, still good!
