1271 lower fuse…do not rivet?!?

See the “do not rivet” note for both sides? I am about to finally install the sides skins, and I can’t find directions where these EVER get riveted…

???

So rivet and drill out later or follow the instructions?

PS. I finished my iS in September and all the holes ended up with a rivet in them.

I went ahead and riveted them. I have an idea that it was an older part that was installed later down the line that used those rivets in common. This note just wasn't updated.
Yeah, and drill them out later, if need be.
