Foreflight filing setup

Trying to set up my new RV-14A on Foreflight website. Anybody know which boxes to check when setting up filing codes for FAA & ICAO equipment, ICAO Surveliiance Codes and ICAO Perf-based Nav?
Using all Garmin G3X dual 460, GNX 375, dual comm, autopilot, IFR qual, etc.

Or should I just call Stein or Garmin?

The codes listed below are in addition to the other ICAO Equipment code that may be appropriate for your aircraft.

For your GNX 375, you will file ICAO equipment G, R, and B, and PBN B2, C2, D2

For Surveillance codes, C and B1 (if you have ADS-B OUT over 1090), or B2 if you have ADS-B IN and Out, over 1090. If you're using 987 for ADS-B you'll do C and U1 if you have ADS-B OUT only, and U2 if you have ADS-B IN and OUT via UAT/987.

Under "Other Information," you will put your ICAO address (in a format such as AD0BA5) in the CODE field.

For the FAA form, you will most likely simply be /G
