Aft bulkhead / tailcone skin interference

The F-712 flange which attaches to the aft side skin overlaps the F-779 tailcone skin slightly:

It will make a gap under the flange when I rivet the rudder stop & side skin. Has anyone else had this? I can trim it but it will be tricky.

If it were me I would just take a needle file and create a little more room there. No biggie at all. We are soooo spoiled with our pre-punched kits.

edit:

Just notice that it's already riveted. What I said still applies though. I would put a little shim under that flange to barely lift it, put some tape along the bottom and file away.
