ICOM IC-A210 Connector - which side is front?

Need help from the "techie guys"

I'm installing an ICOM IC-A210 comm radio. The installation document shows wiring from the "front" of the connector (Molex card edge connector). Which side of the connector is the front? Radio side or wiring side?

Use the barrier block in the connector to help you identify that and the number order and alpha order on the connector. I believe you will also find numbers and letters on the ICOM connector that will also help. I believe the barrier block is between 8 and 9 and fits into a recess in the card edge.
