Hi All
Had a problem with the Duckworks WigWag system in that when I turned it off Wag mode and just into solid ON, my RH landing light would flicker which is also causing huge interference in the intercom.
After checking the grounding etc I decided to contact Duckworks for advice. After eventually reaching Richard he mentioned that some of the Wag units had this problem and that I should email him the details and he would immediately send a replacement unit.
Well that was now almost 2 weeks ago and with numerous unanswered calls and emails.
Does anyone have an alternate contact for them as this is delaying the night rating approval of the aircraft hence my growing need to contact them.
