Doug will probably boot me for for trying to discuss something other then Vans but I’m not finding any help anywhere else and the knowledge here is second to none.
Building a Bush kit with Titan 340. Factory set up. Firewall forward kit came with these silver dollar size isolators. My RV8 Lord mount is on the left. Factory is all about weight savings but I’m interested in a comfortable and dependable ship. What I’d like to do is find a more substantial isolator that fits in the mount. There seems to be room to spare.
VIP was no help, can’t get a response from Lord. Would be nice to just wander the warehouse of aviation supplies and see what fits.
