Help identifying this type of air vent?

Can anyone help me out with letting me know what type of vent this is and where I might get another? It was installed on my -4 when I bought it, I can’t find it through google searching, any of the airplane catalogs or even auto catalogs.

I think I have seen one of these on a glider, many years ago...

Little air vents

I have two of these in my RV-3, they are identified as "CA LV-3" in the log book.

They were made by Larry Vetterman, and the same question comes up about every three months here. We’ve got two of them on our RV-3 - beautiful little vents, but we put them in a spot that doesn’t give us much airflow - our fault, not the fault of the vents. As I recall, he stopped making them.

I'm cheap, so I tried 3D printing one. Not as smooth as the originals, but works (needs a bit of help turning it, knob doesn't quite cut it.)

Didn't get the angled hole in the vane quite right, so not quite flush when closed.
