went to the local sign making place.

You can buy the letters readied to apply with backing paper..or even have have them make a negative maske so you can spray on your numbers with your favourite trim colour.

My airplane is white and blue and I used the blue o pain the letters.

Lettering

Check out boat shops, I will never paint anything on an airplane or boat again. The lettering and graphics are easy to apply and remove. Paint is not. Roger Moore

I got my vinyl from them, also fuel caps engraved, and a honeywell rocker switch redo.

They even gave me a couple 1" vinyl n-numbers for practice on your tool chest or whatever.

Thanks for all the feedback. Doug thanks for the offer to contact your son however I was looking for an online site that I could design the actual lettering size and fonts and experiment with backgrounds. Lettering ordered for the J3.
