You are reinstalling wing inspection panels, grab a handful of screws, and know if its a -6 or -8 before looking at it.

Just don't be wrong and install a -8 in a -6 hole.

Was doing exactly this yesterday in day two of the four day condition inspection. If it wasn’t for that silly ANDAIR oring, I’d be done FWF. GRRR.

Interior removal left to go. Ibuprofen is your friend.

I lost an upper leg intersection fairing because of the opposite mistake. Should have clued in that the screw went in really easily. Just in case anyone wonders, safety wire isn't enough to keep it onboard.

Some of us knew we did not want that problem when we built the wings. All the inspection cover screws and platenuts were changed to the same size.
 
you find aluminum shavings in your bed sheets in the morning after a "busy night" that went late and don't at all find it weird :D
