Main Spar: 4 nutplates outboard end

Can anyone shed any light on what these are for? I can’t seem to find why they are installed here.

The bolts would be from the forward side behind the landing light cutout - are these for some kind of landing light power box?

They are installed on page 13-03 and location can be seen here from page 17-08

They were for mounting the power box for halogen lighting and are not used for anything else.

Wouldn?t that make a great place to mount the magnetometer?
