How to Attach Pictures?

I want to post a picture but all I can find are instructions how to use a third party hosting site. I thought Doug had a new way that was much easier that did not require a hosting site. Can someone point me to the new system? Thanks.

Thanks Dan. I was clicking on the little landscape symbol which requires a web address to work. The paper clip trick works!
