Seat back pocket

A friends RV6 has these seat back pockets installed. Seems like a good use of some dead space. Anyone know of a kit for these?

For storage in that location I went a slightly different route than that photo.

My seat back upholstry is like a sleeve that slides over the aluminium seat back. This means the rear side has a large pocket that can easily hold all of those items you have in your picture and as it has a flap over the top which velcoes the pocket closed, everything is secure.

If your seat back is simply attached to the forward side you could always get an upholsterer to make up a leather pocket for the rear side and use velcro or pop-domes to attach it.

They are definitely aluminum and definitely homemade. Look closely. You can see shear marks and bends from forming. Plus the rivets…

Bison bag

I have a Bison bag that fits that space, handy for travel tools, oil etc. on the other side I riveted a canvas clip strap to the floor that wraps around my tiedown bag, fits perfectly between the seatbelt retainers and the seat back and the flap rod. Added the location to my W&B table as it helps the CG on my -7 when loaded for Oshkosh etc.
