Cutting 2"hole in stainless firewall

What's the best method to cut the 2 inch hole in the firewall for the heater box.
I have the 2 1/4 inch knockout punch but that leaves little edge distance.

Suggestions?

Thanks,

Mitch

I don't think it has to be a perfect circle.
I just used a Dremel tool and it went pretty easy.

If you search the threads you'll see a number of suggestions. I used a 2" bimetal hole saw that worked just fine.
Good luck.

2? hole

I cut mine with a 2? hole saw in a drill. Had a helper back it up with a wood block. Used a dremel with a sanding drum to smooth up the cut edge.
