RV-14A unusable fuel?

Jeff,

This is how much I drained from a tank after I intentionally ran it dry during phase 1. Mine is a -14 but I don’t suppose it matters since the tanks are identical.

Yes, that’s water in the bottle now.

I can confirm about the same or slightly less then what Jeff is reporting, both tanks. Roughly about or less then half a cup.
 
Jeff, do you mean "unusable fuel" in the sense that applies to certificated airplanes? Or just what's unavailable in level flight?

§ 29.959 Unusable fuel supply: The unusable fuel supply for each tank must be established as not less than the quantity at which the first evidence of malfunction occurs under the most adverse fuel feed condition occurring under any intended operations and flight maneuvers involving that tank.
