I live in the Seattle area. I'm looking at $50k max if possible for an airplane with at least 100 hours (TTAE) and no damage history. I only need VFR day/night. A constant speed prop isn't a requirement. The airplane doesn't have to be a cream puff (although that would help) but it absolutely has to be mechanically sound and safe.
