Has anyone noticed that the magnetic heading between the Garmin 495/496 and D-180 EFIS gets off by sometimes 10-15 degrees. I've done a compass calibration and even re inputted the Inclination angle, I've adjusted the heading to more align with the GPS using the menu keys on the D-180...I've compared the GPS heading to my Fore Flight App and they are spot on. Once I adjust the D-180 to the GPS heading its good, as long as you don't turn more than 20 degrees then it starts to deviate. It has always been a little off but never by this amount, I'll have to check and make sure the rear baggage panel has no magnetic screws, I've been in there for the Condition inspection and may have gotten the screws mixed up, I believe they were stainless steel...just wondering if this is something others have notice, or is this something that the D-180 does and I'll have to live with...
