Yesterday I flew from my home base (Hro) down to Carlisle, Ar ( just east of Little Rock) for a fly-in breakfast. EAA chapter 122 put on the feed to invite everyone to their new digs. We had a great breakfast and there were at least 10 RV's there. A friend with an Ercoupe flew down along side me. This was 2.7 hours of flying at 90kts. The 9A handled it just fine with cht temps staying around 330 deg. When we got back we both refueled. He burned 17 gallons and I burned 12.4 gallons. I think he was a little jealous.
