Ellison airbox for TBI

Can anyone tell me the difference between a Vans airbox for a carb, and a Vans airbox for the Ellison TBI.
I've only noticed these items in Vans "store". As I have a Rotec TBI fitted on my 0-235 9a, I'm very interested to know more about it.
I was thinking of modifying an airbox and testing, and that's why I was in the store checking price etc for another box for the project. Burt seeing they already do an airbox for the TBI, it will save my time.

I used the airbox from Van's with an Ellison on my -3. It looks identical to the one for a carb. I believe the only difference is the bolt spacing and the height.
I understand the Rotec does not like ram air and sucks from inside the cowl ?

I have never heard of the Rotec not liking ram air. Have you anymore info on this?
