I'm installing the DYNON Autopilot in RV6A. I'm looking for facts here and heard that the dedicated "Level" switch will also disconnect the autopilot if Autopilot is engaged? Is that true? I read somewhere,, the dedicated "disconnect" switch is not needed if you have "Level" switch. Appreciate any insight you may have.

The AP disengage button and Level button are two different things. You want both.
The Level button will do it’s job regardless of what the AP is doing. If you get the very nice AP module this Level button is on it. If not you can add a button of your choice following the install manual.
I have the AP disconnect switch on the stick (the green button on the standard Infinity grip). If you have the AP disconnected you can engage the AP by holding down the AP disconnect switch. The SkyView pilot guide, section 8, provides details.
