Looking to share hangar space in the Bay Area

Hi everyone,

I know this is probably a long-shot, but I thought I'd check in with this community. I'll be relocating to the Bay Area early in the new year, and am looking to find some hangar space for a Lancair Legacy (25.5' wingspan), in the early to mid-2022 timeframe.

My poking around online has led me to believe that this may be grim, with few spots are available and long waiting lists.

Hoping someone here may know something, someone, or have just general pointers for how to proceed. KRHV would be closest to my home base but honestly I'd consider anywhere within a reasonable distance.

This shared space was recently available at RHV .. may still be available; I was surprised that it was not snatched up in nanoseconds, based on the location.

Otherwise, the prospects are pretty grim getting a hangar directly.
