Best breakfast in PA or OHIO??
A bunch of us Canadians are looking for a good breakfast stop south of Lake Erie to practice our eapis/border crossing, international flight plan/customs work in the next few weeks, prior to our bahamas run end of april.
Anyone able to point to a great breakfast spot very close to an airport in Pennsylvania or Ohio. Must have great coffee, big cheesy omelettes, and well cooked bacon! Cheap gas a plus too.
Figured some locals could chime in with recommends. Maybe even show up and make fun off all the funny talking dudes from up north.

Thanks
That is where we will likely clear customs. Been to tin goose and always great but we will likely have 10 or more and they are always jammed. Want to stop there for customs then fly another 30 or so to some little airport with a good diner we can walk too.

KTSO has great food and homemade pies and good fuel prices.
It's a small airport, but has good food.

KTSO
Used to live in that general area. Great food and pies. Also, there is a upscale restaurant that requires a walk through the woods(1/4 mile or so). The problem is I never did take the walk so have no real experience. Ask a local on the field for advice. Cheap gas too. John

If you're really feeling adventurous, you can't beat Urbana-Grimes, I74, just NE of Dayton. Birthplace of the Grimes Lighting Systems (our red/green nav lights among other lights), a museum with a B-17 under restoration, and... yes... deathly-delicious homemade pies.
