Drilled -8 steel AN cap fitting?

I have a oil drain port tee-d in to my firewall mounted oil cooler with a standard -8 AN steel tee fitting. I'm looking for a steel cap for that fitting that's drilled for a safety wire. I can find them drilled in Aluminum, but want to stay with steel fittings.

What I've been using is an Aeroquip non-drilled cap: http://www.summitracing.com/parts/aer-fbm3603/overview/
which we (actually Jason Beaver) drilled for a safety wire. It was tough to drill. It's worked well, but after ~175 hours the safety wire hole has worn through and needs to be replaced.

I have some alternatives in mind- like fabricating an anti-rotation bracket similar to what Van's uses on fuel pickups, but like the simplicity of a safety wired steel cap.

Any pointers or alternate suggestions?
