Narrow Deck 540 - Advice please

Have a narrow deck 540 we are building for an RV10, will have SDS EFII.

MT 3 blade propeller

Is the standard MT governor OK ?

Do we have to specify a different baffle kit for it ?

There is no "other" baffle kit. The stock kit will work. The aft portions will need some help to close the gaps around the rear of the engine, but otherwise it is fairly straightforward.

Governor

Wide deck and narrow deck engines take different governors because they have different drive gear ratios. As long as you order an MT governor for a narrow deck engine, you should be fine.
