She has no solo'd about 5 hours, and on the final stretch. As part of this my buddy offered to take her up in his RV8 and just do an intro to spins. Something I wish I did much earlier in my own training.
Keep in mind this video is not to teach others, and was purely an intro for my wife who was excited and very nervous all at the same time.
