Default New RV-8 Kits

Does anybody know if Vans have gone back and updated there RV8 kits using the latest hole matching technology? Like they used with the RV14. I bought and have finished the tailcone kit and loved how easy it was to build. I was thinking about switching gears since the mission has changed and going with the rV8a but was wondering how much different the build process will be between the rv14 and the rv8.

The RV-8 went to "matched hole" from "pre-punched" with the -1 fuselage in ~2007. However, I doubt that it is to the level of the 14?

Waylon,
I just started a -8 empennage a month ago. The kit I received is "match hole" which still requires match drilling. I understand that the -14 is already "match drilled" to size.
Those with greater knowledge - please correct me if I'm out of line here.
