Question Clovis NM Builders?

I'll be moving to Clovis this summer and was curious if there were any builders in that town or Portalis? There is an EAA chapter website, but it does not appear to be active. If something isn't already established, is there any interest in a group getting together for a build?

No clue, but I spent a year in Clovis one week. Hope your luck picks up soon.

There are a couple RV's on the airport, I fly out of Clovis in the summer and see them occasionally.

I think there is an 8 based there. Never saw him. Several trips to Clovis to visit my brother-in-law. Hope you like wind.

I know there are a few RVs out there. Just trying to see if any of them frequent this site.

Lots of RV's at KCVN. 2x RV-4, 2x RV-6, 1x RV-7, 2x RV-8 and there may be more by now. One guy was building an -8 but I'm not sure if it's still there. Shoot me a note when you get into town, I'll introduce you to the gang

Born and raised there. You are going to get good at cross wind landings! Interesting town. Have some taquitos at Foxy's and Chili cheese fries at Twin Cronies. And bring some tums.

Good luck
