Default cowl glare

I am contemplating my paint color options. I understand on some aircraft a white cowl can result in a glare problem. Does anyone out there with an RV12 and a white cowl have a pilot glare problem?

I sit pretty high in the saddle when flying my unpainted RV-12 with my headset up against the canopy. Even so, I cannot even see the cowling. It drops off at such an angle that glare isn't a problem.

No avionics cover glare problem with my shiny/unpainted RV-12 in sunny California. I did visually notice a bit of oil-canning on the flat portion of the avionics cover, but a small piece of Dynamat anti-vibration mat addressed that issue. Now the sun's glare off the unpainted wings is another matter.....!!

My white leather interior does occasionally glare off the panel, but it's not a big deal really. I usually don't fly with sunglasses on but I carry them in the glove box. When I get a glare, I just use the glasses and fly on.
