Default Cowl side hinge length RV-7

Can anyone tell me how long the hinge should be for the side cowl attach on an RV-7, Sam James cowling? I infer from the rivet call outs that it ends before the 5th rivet down on the side skin, but the plans also call for the top of this hinge piece to butt with the edge of the hinge that joins the top and bottom cowling. I do not have a cowling piece to measure. I would like to get these hinge pieces installed.

Thanks!

Never mind. I found what I needed in the plans. It is only the sections on the cowling itself that butt.
