Default Insurance through global going up 21%! Why

I don't get it, my insurance has went down every year I've flew my RV, about 100 hours a year. I fly 60 hours this year and it goes up 21%. I thought I was doing good with $950 for 65K Hull. What gives, anybody know why that would be? Coverage is the same, more time on plane.

Default No change in liability

I have Global, but have liability only at $295/yr for a million coverage. No change when I just renewed this December and I fly just less than 100 hrs/yr. Your hull coverage at $950 seems pretty reasonable.
