Default CPU Fans

I have just started the Production Check List and on page 1 it tells me to check the fans (ES CPU Fans) and see that one is blowing up and the other is blowing down. Mine are not moving. When I turn on the master lots of things begin to happen, but fans are not one of them.
It seems to me I saw a thread on this a month or so ago, but I am unable to find
it now.
Any advice or assistance with this problem would be appreciated.

Did you pull out the fuse for the fuel pump? The fans and the pump are on the same circuit.

Default Check for an installed fuel pump fuse.

Flyer --- If you are talking about the two fans mounted on the instrument panel base, I believe they are powered from the fuse that also powers the fuel pump. Check for a fuse installed in the fuel pump circuit on the fuse panel. If a fuse is installed, make sure it is not blown by checking continuity with an test meter.

Happy building,
