Default RV-9A W&B calculator

I found this .xls calculator online. I need to check w/b due to panel upgrade, as well as fuel qty calculation on the G3X. Thought I'd get them both out of the way at same time. 2nd hand plane so I had never accomlished. Looks like a simple straight forward calculator. Opinion wanted please. If this is no good I'll delete. Thx, DM

Google drive or Dropbox are your best bets. Having run/programmed forums and BBS's before the internet was born. I can understand why our host does not accommodate certain file types.

Against my better judgement:

RV-9A WB

I guarantee that it's not correct for your aircraft. It the builder's job to enter the maximum gross, moment arms and other limitations.

Thanks Vern. It is a good start for me as I assemble my plane. I appreciate it and understand it is the starting point, not the W&B for my plane.

Looks fine to me. Enter your own measured weight at main and nose and you have your W/B.

I also check my nose load that is:

Total weight * (91.88 - CG)/(91.88 - 34.5)

The limit is 325 lb.

This is my first w/b rodeo. I have access to elect scales that a friend weighs his race cars. He will only bring them over for the weigh job and then he and scales are gone. I can calculate after the fact. So I hope I don't need the scales afterwords.
