Default Great service from the help desk

I am working on the baggage floor of the RV14 and for the life of me I could not find a part that I needed, F-01495 L & R. It was called out for in the tail dragger plans but was not on the shipping sheet. I spent an hour going over the sheets and through my inventory and finally broke down and called the help desk.
The gentleman that answered thought that this issue had come up recently and that the parts had been sent to all builders. He was going to check on it for me.

That was 11:00 this morning. They showed up in the mail at 14:30

Great service eh!
