I know, lots of available hangars around portland, but I am willing to subsidize the rent to a degree as I am flying south for the winter but will have everything but my plane in the hangar. Room for your RV and a toolbox but that's about it. Air and tools available if needed.

Maybe not. I am mostly up in White Salmon/Hood River for the summer. Plane lives in TTD when I'm out of town or weather sucks. Long wait for a Hood River hangar. Russ
