Default Finger Strainer Fitting

Does anyone have the part number for the RV 10 finger strainer fitting - the brass one?
Thanks
Jim

Part number in the plans is FINGER STRAINER.

Though its not in the parts Master list as that. They list this:

VA-261 FUEL STRAINER $23.00

The most recent finger strainer I received had it built onto an AN6 blue fitting to avoid the extra part. He finger strainer connects directly to the tank bung and to the fuel line to the fuse.

Exactly, it's all one part now - comes attached to the male fitting.

How do you seal the strainer and drain? Just use proseal or some plumbers tape type thing?

Don't use plumber's tape or ProSeal. With pipe threads, use something like SealLube. You want something liquid/paste that allows it to go in (lube) and will help the threads seal. There are a number of products out there that work, but no tape and no ProSeal.
