Default Square tire

I had a nose wheel flat a few weeks ago and did replace with Van's '!amb type' tire (Aero Classic) & tube. On takeoff at about 400' agl the plane would vibrate for a couple of seconds. Taking the nose wheel off for balancing revealed an obvious flat spot. Any history of that in the group? Balancing improved the vibration, but not completely. Should I ask for a replacement?
