Default Counterweight E614-020 match drill with R-912

Hi,

I am currently working on the rudder. The counterweight E614-020 need to be match drilled with the R-912 counterbalance rib. With what drill size should it be match drilled? I would though a #10, but it looks to be a #12. Could someone please confirm which is correct?

Thank you

Default try #12 first

The #10 screw and AN3 bolt are the same diameter. The #12 drill provide the tightest fit. If it is too tight, you could try a #11 or a #10 depending on what you have available. All three are just a touch larger than a 3/16" bit.

Good luck!
