Default Quiet Technologies (Halo) Customer Service

My 3+ year old Halo's started cutting out recently. QT replaced the plugs for free....and even threw in some extra ear plugs.

I rarely use my expensive headset...the Halo's are more comfortable (especially with hat & sunglasses) , required no batteries, and are every bit as quiet as my ANRs.

Just wanted to pass along my experience with QT...

My experience has been the same. I ripped the wires out of the box once and they repaired it for free. Wonderful customer service. The only concern I have had is the ear plugs don't seal as well after 4 or 5 flights but they are cheap and well worth the comfort. I love my Halos.
