Default RVs in South Florida

Hello all,

This is my first post but I have been browsing VAF forums for weeks. I am very interested in starting my own build, but I've never actually seen an RV up close and personal. Are there any RVs at KTMB, KOPF, KHWO or any of the other surrounding South Florida airports? I'd love to come take a look and meet some local builders. I am most interested in the RV7/7A but would appreciate a look at any model.

Also, if anyone is interested, I could give you a tour of Coast Guard Air Station Miami and our aircraft. I fly the MH-65D out of KOPF.

Thanks again! I am glad a forum like this exists!

Zach, Next time your up in the big machine of yours take a "breakfast break" at KSEF Sebring, across the Okeechobee from KOPF on a Wednesday morning.

Zach,
If you would like to take a ride in an RV, contact me at woodmanrog@gmail.com. We are located at HWO and I am available most days. We have several RV's on the field but it's hard to say when the owners will be there. Most Saturdays the guys show up in the morning.
