Diameter of flap actuator?

I'm away from my project for a few days, but I wanted to order a collar from McMasters to install my AOA flap switch as is shown in the picture below. Does anyone know the diameter of the flap switch actuator where the collar is installed in this picture? For an RV-9?

and it's 1" +.008 that certainly accounts for the powder coating.
