Default paint cutter #8 screws?

Avery tools is out of the #8 paint cutters. ACS sells them too but they are listing them as AN4, AN6, AN8, 1/4 inch etc..

here's the link

http://www.aircraftspruce.ca/search/...paint%20cutter

Which one do I get ? Winter looms and it's time for the long over due tank re-sealing.

Thanks,

Darren

You could try here:

Or here:

It appears from the above link that the AN8 from ACS would be the right one?

Default AN8?

With no other info to indicate differently, I would have thought the AN8 tool would be for 1/2" screws.

Default They seem to be sold in 5 sizes

Up to 1/4"...

BAT-PC5PC 5 Piece Paint Cutter Kit
◾Includes all five sizes:
◾BAT-PC04 #4 Screw Paint Cutter, Silver
◾BAT-PC06 #6 Screw Paint Cutter, Copper
◾BAT-PC08 #8 Screw Paint Cutter, Black
◾BAT-PC10 #10 Screw Paint Cutter, Brass
◾BAT-PC14 1/4" Screw Paint Cutter, Copper

This company uses PC08 for their #8 cutter. Maybe bad part # designation on ACS to cause confusion... dunno.
